Preparing Your Tribe for Your Bachelorette

Check list for your bachelorette party trip.

Girls' Night Out

If you are planning on a destination bachelorette party, there are  few things to keep in mind if you want to avoid the drama! With many years of experience, we believe we have the 5 rules to get your bachelorette started on a good note.

1. Let’s get to know each other first!

You might have invited your favorite co-worker, some hometown friends and your closest friends but have they hung out before? Bringing a diverse group of girls together can be overwhelming at times. Get your friends together for dinner or at your place for cocktails before the big trip!

2. Budget, budget, budget!

At Kate Gasby we handle your budget for your entire trip, including unlimited drinks or breakfast in the morning, transportation and activities and everything in between. So you and your friends never have to worry about it during your trip. We’ll even help with the gifts if you need it!

3. Get your travel documents in order!

Don’t wait until the last minute to make sure all of your girls have their passport ready and any other travel documents required. The last thing you want is to find out one of your friends has an expired passport the day before you leave.

4. Food allergies anyone?

The one thing you can do to make your guests feel special is to work around their preferences whenever possible. Is one of your friends vegan? Are they any allergies you should be aware of? Maybe someone is scared of flying and you can arrange to have a friend sit by her side. We take care of the smallest details that make the biggest difference.

5. Packing Essentials:

Whether you are staying at a swanky hotel or an AirBnB, one thing’s for sure, you’ll want to pack some of “your essentials”!

  1. Snacks for the airport and the flight. If you are arriving late at your destination Kate Gasby can have food ready for you at your villa!
  2. Weather-appropriate clothing. We’ll always let you know what to expect but make sure you bring the appropriate attire. Party dresses and bathing suits are a given but what about a sweater? Will it get cold at night? Will it be windy on the boat? Be prepared.

  3. First-aid kit! That’s right. Again, Kate Gasby will have everything available to you if needed but who wants to spend time looking for a pharmacy for Tylenol or band-aids? Pack your sunscreen in there too! And don’t forget your medicine if you take any.
